After the launch of the NFT series Quantum Cats by Taproot Wizards, secondary market activity shows significant trading volume and a substantial increase in the minimum cost of the collection.
Initially, Quantum Cats were sold for 0.1 bitcoin each. Now, the minimum cost of Quantum Cats fluctuates around 0.303 bitcoin or $13,062 for each NFT.
The minimum prices of Quantum Cats have soared to new heights, although just 48 hours before this, the launch of Quantum Cats NFT faced some difficulties.
Suddenly, after the launch, which raised more than $12 million from initial sales, Quantum Cats now offer prices significantly exceeding the initial cost of 0.1 BTC.
Magic Eden lists the minimum cost of the Quantum Cats collection at 0.303 BTC or $13,062, while Okx shows a minimum cost of 0.338 BTC or $14,571 per Quantum Cat.
Currently, out of 3333 NFTs, 533 are available for purchase on Magic Eden, and only 28, or 0.84%, are available on the Okx trading platform.
As of 9:00 AM on Wednesday, the collection, with 2720 different owners, holds leading positions in the NFT series on both Okx and Magic Eden.
At this point, NFT sales on the Bitcoin blockchain are second only to Ethereum, with a total sales volume of $64,615,064 compared to $100,712,013 on Ethereum.
Despite this, Quantum Cats face stiff competition from well-known Bitcoin NFT series such as Bitcoin Punks and Ordinal Maxi Biz.
Notably, five days ago, Bitcoin Punk #60 was sold for $169,266, making it the most expensive Bitcoin NFT sold in the last year.
